Introduction to Our Delivery Service
Postcode Couriers is an innovative delivery service tailored specifically for store owners! We offer a seamless solution for booking pickups and deliveries within your postcode, ensuring convenience and precision. With our service, you can choose the exact time for your parcel to be delivered, providing unmatched reliability for your customers.
Our Express Delivery Service guarantees 30-minute deliveries within the same postcode. Each store is assigned a dedicated driver within their postcode, ensuring personalised and efficient service.
Additionally, you can track your parcel in real-time, giving you and your customers peace of mind. Our premium service allows you to provide your customers with exact delivery times, enhancing their shopping experience and boosting your store’s reputation for reliability and speed.
Step 1: Sign In or Register an Account
Sign in to your account, or if you are a new customer, register for an account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 2: Book a Pickup
Select “Book a Pickup” from the top menu, and add the Express Delivery service to your cart.
Proceed to Checkout
Step 3: Select a Pickup Address and Fill in the Customer Delivery Details
On the final checkout page, your billing address will be set as your default pickup address. This will be pre-populated with the address entered during registration. If your parcel needs to be picked up from a different location, please select the “PICKUP FROM A DIFFERENT ADDRESS” checkbox and enter the correct details. Additionally, fill in the Customer Delivery Details to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Enter the Freight Details
Provide the freight details for your delivery:
– Reference Number: Enter your customer order number.
– Upload a Picture: Upload a picture of your parcel to ensure proper identification and handling.
Step 4: Select a Delivery Date and Time Slot
Choose your preferred delivery date and time slot. Time slots are available in 30-minute intervals. If a time slot is greyed out, it means that it is already booked and not available.
Step 5: Enter Payment Details
If you haven’t previously saved your payment information, enter your credit card details. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, and then select “Place Order.”
